Terms and Conditions

The payment of prevailing wage rates is not included in the proposal unless specifically stated. Proposed contract price shall be increased by any additional direct or indirect costs to Fence Tech of paying prevailing wage rates. TRIP CHARGE: At time of installation customer or authorized supervising personnel must be on the job site to direct exact location of installation, disclose exact location of all underground utilities and have job site ready. If attempts to install result in more than one trip to job site because of absence of customer or authorized job site personnel, job site conditions, or request for delay by supervising personnel on job site, a $150.00 trip charge shall result for each such additional trip. BUILDING PERMITS: Customer shall provide all necessary submittals and plans and shall obtain at it's own cost any required building permits. Fence Tech may provide permit assistance at additional cost but is under no obligation to do so. If it is determined that purchased improvements require modification to comply with code or building requirements, such modifications shall be made at the cost and expense of the customer.
